This is a high intensity, performance package for experienced players who play regularly. We strive to create a professional and serious training environment, free from distractions, in order for your to focus on your needs and achieve lasting improvements. We only recommend you join this course if you are physically prepared to be training for extended periods, on most days of the week.


  • 16 hours (8 sessions/week) performance badminton training with qualified coaches
  • 2 performance matchplay sessions per week

Our methodology and training programmes are based on best practices adopted by BAM and UKCC, where performance gains are incrementally applied and progress is measured. Every player will have their own individual evaluation, where priority areas for improvement are identified according to a defined and consistent set of standards. The training program is then constructed in agreement with the player, coach and program manager, allowing all the relevant parties to be invested in a successful outcome.
